The tasting table
One central table of wines, cheeses and food. We present a short overview at the start of the event after which guests can come and be served by our team and find out more about the wines & accompaniments.
Sit-down tasting
Seated tasting where we guide you through each wine in turn. We can make the tasting as formal or informal as you like.

Custom
Run a format specific to your venue or event. We've run tastings on boats, in exhibitions and galleries, on verandahs and just about most places you can think of!
Tasting stations
Tasting stations of different wine and cheese are set up around the room, each staffed by one of our team who can talk guests through the wines and cheeses. Guests are free to walk around to each station in their own time.
Stand-up structured
A semi-formal format where we present each wine in turn with detailed presentations, whilst still facilitating networking and mingling.
